Our B&B is situated in Monzi Village, a beautifully small, farming community. The property is fenced and under 24/7 security. The village provides a 9 hole golf course, tennis and squash courts and a small tea garden and craft shop. St Lucia is only 15 min away. Surrounded by iSimangaliso Wetland Park, a World Heritage Site, you will find beautiful beaches and a much sought after variety of bird and wildlife. The Hluhluwe Imfolozi big 5 game park is only a 45 min drive away.
Originally from Holland, Jeannette and her husband Martin have a love for Africa that has brought them to this paradise they call home.

The place is so beautiful and Jeannette and Martin are lovely hosts. We loved their hospitality. There are lots of things to do. We personally enjoyed the beach and good restaurants.

The accommodation is located in a peaceful and safe part of the village and is additionally secured by a fence and gate. We were received in a very friendly manner and the accommodation with a private entrance is just perfect. Everything is sparkling clean and nicely furnished. In real life, even prettier than in the photos. And we slept sooo well, really a place to feel comfortable and relaxed. We travel a lot and attach great importance to good and nice accommodations, but here no one will be disappointed. They was also very friendly, thank you for that. We can really recommend it from the heart.
Jeannette and her husband are very nice, helpful and communicative hosts who live right next door. When we went to the beach, they nicely equipped us with beach stuff and gave us many good tips. The room is completely newly renovated and furnished and very clean. Located about 20 minutes from St Lucia in the middle of a green oasis. Nature sounds are part of it. The fridge is filled with yogurt, cereals, rolls, eggs, muffins, juice, jam and fruits, so you can have breakfast in the morning when you want to. Pool and sun loungers invite you to linger. Washing machine is available. If you want to use it, you pay a fee per load and the laundry is washed, ironed and folded for you. We will be happy to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, helpful and always approachable. The atmosphere was familiar and welcoming. Particularly positive are the very clean room, the comfortable bed and the existing mosquito nets – a big plus in this region. Breakfast was also delicious and lovingly prepared. The accommodation is in a safe environment where you feel comfortable immediately.

Bÿ toeval kwamen wÿ in Sawubona terecht en toegegeven dit voelde als “thuis”.
Julie warmte en gestvrÿheid, de fÿne babbels, de rustgevende interieurs, het plonsen in het zwembad, het verkennen van jullie stukje jungle en litchi-boomgaard, de heerlÿke kruidkoek. Een toplogement uitgebaat door ontzettend lieve mensen!
Het was een plezier, na onze uitstappen, tot rust te mogen komen in Sawubona.
